We offer gift delivery across Lagos, Nigeria, covering both the Island and the Mainland. Some of the areas we deliver to most often include: Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ikeja, Surulere, Yaba, Ajah, Gbagada, Magodo, Ikorodu.

Our delivery fee is a flat ₦4,500 across Lagos - no hidden charges, no surprise fees at checkout.
Ordering gifts on our website takes just a few steps:
- Browse our gift categories and select the gift you'd like to send
- Click "CONTINUE"
- Fill in the order form with sender details, recipient details, delivery address and delivery date
- Review your order details, then click "CONFIRM"
- Choose your payment method and complete checkout

Yes. If you'd rather not order through the website, just send us your order details directly via Email, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp.
Please include: your full name, phone number, email address, the recipient's full name and phone number, the delivery address, delivery date, and any card message you'd like included.
We are open Monday to Saturday, 9am–7pm, and Sunday, 12pm–5pm, local Lagos time.
Need your gift to arrive by a specific time? Add a note in the "Additional Notes" field when ordering - for example, "please deliver before 3pm, recipient leaves work then." This helps our delivery driver prioritize your order accordingly.
Delivery time depends on your chosen delivery date, delivery time window, and the specific product ordered. Most same-day orders are delivered within a few hours of confirmation.
Yes - same-day delivery is available on orders received before 12pm, Monday to Saturday (local time). Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.
Yes, with advance notice. Sunday delivery is available for orders received before 8pm on Saturday, local time. Orders placed on Sunday itself cannot be delivered same-day, except during major occasions like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter, or Christmas, when we extend our delivery schedule.
Yes. Any information you share with us - including your name, phone number, email address, and payment details - is kept strictly private and is never sold or shared with third parties. Only your recipient's name and delivery address are shared with our delivery team, solely to complete delivery. For your security, we never store credit card or PayPal information on our servers.
Yes. Since we don't store billing information after checkout (for your protection), we can't automatically re-charge your card - but our support team can help you make changes. Simply email us to update your order and we'll guide you through a quick re-submission of payment details for the updated order.
Absolutely, and it's completely free. Just enter your message in the "Card Message" field when placing your order, and we'll attach it to a greeting card with your delivery.
Yes, though we strongly recommend including one. Without a valid phone number, we can't guarantee delivery on your requested date, since our driver may need to confirm details on arrival.
If your recipient isn't available at the time of delivery, we can:
- Leave the gift safely at the door or with a neighbor
- Leave a note with our contact number for the recipient to reach us
- Attempt redelivery (an additional fee may apply)
Note: for apartment buildings, we don't recommend leaving gifts unattended at the door. You can specify special instructions in the "Additional Notes" field when ordering, or email us directly with your delivery instructions.
Once delivery is complete, you'll receive an email confirmation from our team - usually within a few hours, though it can take up to 3 hours in some cases. If there's ever a delay, we'll notify you by email right away.
